(it soon after broadened its focus, to the dismay of its original LGBT audience)
This is just a little dig at the (often disheartening) level of physical and sartorial perfection that stereotypical gay males are expected to require of themselves and each other.

The next reality show along these lines will be for women who wear size 2 or, god forbid, size 4 clothes.
