    G’ morning, Vagabonds! It’s about 10:30 here’

ML….. Don’t know when you’re heading back, but it looks like they’re getting hammered up there in your neck of the woods?

It looks like we might get a bit of weather here.

Climate is what we expect, but takes time to play out. weather is what we get right now. Weather is what you cuss, or admire, or just tolerate, but it is what we get!

Poem from the CD “Shairttail Creek”

    “A Place I Go”

There’s a place I go when I feel that need to be off somewhere alone. A place where, though I hold no title, in my heart is my very own. It’s off the road and over a ridge, A quiet peaceful dell. Where the good clean air and nature’s aroma cast a tranquil spell. There’s a trickle of water that gurgles and whispers it’s way down a gravelly bed, And a grand old oak stands beside that stream, it’s massive arms outspread. There’s a bed of moss that’s deep and soft beside that little stream, Where one might lie and close their eyes and conjure up a pleasant dream. Yes, there’s a place I go when I feel the need to be off somewhere alone, And I’m not showing it to anyone, cause I need it for my very own.

    Hi, Vagabonds…………..

Just popped in to say we’re getting packed to head on home tonight!!!! Woo Hoo!!

Had a fantastic trip here, and we had SNOW on Christmas night and the day after………about 8 inches……….this is Raleigh we’re talking about.

Will arrive at 11:15 Helena time tonight, and we’re also expecting a giant storm tonight and tomorrow at home. Just can’t win, huh?

Glad everyone had a grand Christmas……..give me a day or so to get my bearings, and I’ll be back.

    Hugs to all.
