My mother who got my sister the poodle and then like everything else my sister got she got disinterested; well the poodle took the pillows off my mom’s bed and chewed each end of it. So my mother thought putting the pillow under her food dish would make her feel bad. I just looked at her and shook my head in amazement…laughing all the way to my room. I was right, the dog didn’t care, at all her food, came down to see me and waited for my enter command…I said “bike ride” she wagged her tail and off we went LOL
Our sweet lab mix that we rescued (like ALL labs) was a serious chewer. He went through several dog beds and oodles of toys … he did grew out of it. Rather quickly, too. Thank goodness – only lasted like 8 months or so. Never had a dog chew things they weren’t supposed to, though. I see it on the internet a lot.

Maybe it’s time for the dog to spend some time outside.

There’s an old saying in business (which I wish politicians would learn): You can’t fix stupid.
