When lefties come up w/ things like this, they make fools of themselves. Pathetic. And somebody said here once Oliphant’s a “Master”! I know he’s been around awhile, but what a shame that he has to behave like this.

He’s not the only one. There is a fuming hate from all over since the day she got on stage. Oddly enough, I think their hate counts as %80 of her qualifications from the religious right.

You forget, ruff : Republicans have no sense of humor beyond rolling poor folks in an alley and pilfering their pockets.

The answer to the first question is “no.” A ghostwriter did it (again). Shocking! And they said teleprompters were bad!

^^ Ghost-writers are perfectly acceptable now. See, but calling Obama on teleprompters is still completely legitimate. That’s how it works. See, one is a (R) and the other is (D).

Hey Jade you actually think presidents write their own speeches ? Bush , Clinton, Bush sr. Reagan, Carter, they all had speech writers. Books are a different story you’re comparing apples to oranges. The point is Palin is an intellectual lightweight, not that all Republicans are, William F Buckley (RIP), George Will and Charles Krauthammer all may say things I don’t agree but they say them in articulate and intelligent ways. Palin ?………not so much.

I think the cartoon is a realistic portrayal of Sarah and her fans.

I thought this was neat and have not found a proper place to post it. But here are 200 countries over 200 years in graphics.

Let’s see … it’s Katie Couric’s fault for asking a question about the bailout that Palin answered with a 200 word run on incoherent sentence that began with saying it was all about healthcare

let’s see … it’s Charlie Gibson’s fault for asking about the Bush doctrine of pre-emption that she didn’t have a clue what it meant

let’s see … it’s the media’s fault for reporting she said North Korea was an ally … the media needs to report facts, she says … ignoring that’s exactly what they did (and no, she didn’t correct herself, Glen Beck corrected her)

let’s see … it isn’t that Bristol Palin didn’t win DWTS because she wasn’t the best dancer, it’s that people hate her mother

For someone who says she believes in personal accountability, in Sarah Palin’s view, nothing is ever, ever her responsibility or fault … it’s always all those other people’s fault..

jack, I’ve said elsewhere that it was wrong to blame her for the “south” slip- that was an obvious, and corrected slip of the lip. Now as to the Couric interview, or watching “Sarah Palin’s Alaska” for just a few minutes, or any of her campaign, or book sale speeches, and well, it is her “supporters” revealed.

What concerns me about “the right” is that there don’t seem to be any Mark Hatfields out there any more, with the courage to be conservative, yet NOT in the pocket of whoever tells them to bark.

I fail to see anything “hate”ful about the comic. It’s sad when no one dare even draw a comic about a political figure lest they be accused of “hatred.” I don’t think she is or ever will be qualified to be president – she’s another celebrity and is that what we want to run the country? Maybe Lindsay Lohan or one of the other dit-brains could be next in line.
