My cat LOVES water. The more you squirt him he licks it off and heads right back to destroyer mode!
If that was my cat, it would live outside.
… I suspect outside interference. Somebody is breaking the Prime Directive and outfitting that kitty.
Nothing a little Tasering wouldn’t fix.
A little vinegar in the water might help.
