I don’t get it. Of the millions of books both old and new out there, you’d think a person could find something interesting all the time! I have about 2k books on my Calibre and keep dozens on my Kindle and even then I find myself buying new ones to add to my collection every month or so. My taste runs the gamut from true crime, mysteries, fantasy, horror, to auto-biographies and sometimes (very rarely) even YA, even more rarely recently but even self-help. When I get “bored” of the new stuff I like to read classics I’ve never read before. I finally read Fahrenheit 451 a couple of years ago and didn’t regret it!
I understand. After awhile plots all seem the same, advice in magazines repeat themselves, We get burnt out from our favorite genre. I do love audio books but I have to bounce between fiction and non-fiction to really enjoy it instead of making it feel like a chore.

Same problem. I feel I am reading the same things over and over again. There’s only science to bring new things to light now.
