In many places, sneakers thrown over the power & phone lines is a sign that drugs are for sale in that area. So here, we’ve got drugs and human trafficking ?

I always thought this was a Philly thing. We did it, mostly because we were bored, and liked the challenge of wrapping our old Chucks on the wire. No other significance (at least in my hood).
