I went for my interview today and found out this afternoon that I was unsuccessful. I did not expect to find out so quickly. I thought it would at least take a few days for a decision to be made.

This is the feedback the assistant manager gave me:
“The Receptionist position is quite a demanding role and can often be intense and fast paced with daily changes to the routine/shift.
Every day is different and multi-tasking is required.
When asked what you thought your weakness was, you advised you use a calendar tool to remind you to do something until you became familiar with a new change.
Although I admire your honesty and keenness to get the job done right, our role is very fast paced with lots of changes, such as new promotional offers, changes in daily rates, occupancy levels which change from hour to hour, therefore I believe the role would be too intense for you."
