Since the sign says that Peter is the smartest then curls is including himself as a nut. Peter is actually the second from the bottom of smarts with Grog as the lowest.
I am reminded of the saying, “It is better to keep silent and be thought of being a fool than opening one’s mouth and remove all doubt.” Peter needs to heed this advice.
