My dog, Skip (just like the movie with that name) was a big stinker. I dropped him off at the groomers and when I picked him up – he smelled so good and so clean. As I walked him to the car the sunny sky turned dark and it poured — Skip smelled like Skip again. Seriously, we could not run fast enough to get out of it. It was like I just threw my money away!!

The wet dog smell… yet another reason why I never grew up having owned a dog (the previous one mentioned in yesterday’s “For Better or For Worse”).
