REALITY CHECK.Tanner is a bully. And from my experience of being on the receiving end of crap from kids like him while growing up, I can tell you that for him to use Bailey’s first name is totally unrealistic. Bullies always call you by your last name. It’s demeaning, degrading and places them in an authority position over you. I (and other shy bully-targets like me) were always called by our last names. Either that or “kid” (even though they were the same age). This is an area where Bill Hinds gets it wrong, though I do understand this is supposed to be a light-hearted strip.
