    A cook who doesn’t know the difference between a casserole and a dessert cobbler is no cook. Yech! A fruit with cake-like dumplings dessert has many names according to what part of the US you live in. It’s a cobbler in the South and a buckle in parts of the North. Alton Brown’s GOOD EATS did an interesting show on the regional differences. All of them are yummy.

    Andy’s ridiculous food ideas are the only thing I dislike about this strip. Does anyone every actually try to feed their family the dreck she serves?
