Andy: Pembrook's giving himself a $300,000 raise?! Roger: Can you believe it? Andy: I thought your company was having financial problems. Roger: We are! We've had two rounds of layoffs in the last 16 months! And the worst part about it is he wants me to put together graphs and data to convince the board to approve his salary increase! Andy: Well, percentage-wise, I guess it's not much. Roger: I'm not saying I don't know how to argue his case....
