    In his defense, Einstein didn’t invent the light bulb his first try at it, so maybe they are on the right track. Personally the route I would go would be, 2nd mortgage, build deck, install pool.

    There’s a reason that “shallow water inflatable pools” are designed as such.Examine the mounting pressure of water by square inch. The higher the column of water, the greater the pressure at the bottom exerted in all directions. So, there exists a gradient of high pressure from the bottom most section of pool – highest pressure – all the way to the top – lowest pressure. Once a high pressure finds a design flaw where it can break through to the outside ambient atmospheric pressure, it will do so.
