You know, karma or not, I am not all that sure that someone would indeed unhook Ponchos leash even at the best of times. I mean, even the best of neighbors see dogs next door chained or caged in horrible conditions and do nothing. Frankly, I am thinking Poncho needs divine intervention here, or canine intervention or, worse yet, feline intervention.
