    I’d have to say it’s 1 in hundreds.

    1 in 4 is just marketing hype from the design team.

    Didn’t anyone notice that a “mock turtleneck” sweater is shown instead of a turtleneck sweater?

    The turtleneck is folded over to allow it to be unfolded to cover the lower portion of the wearer’s face.

    I actually kind of like the vulture neck. Although, I think the feathers would be a bit ticklish at times.
