The turtleneck is folded over to allow it to be unfolded to cover the lower portion of the wearer’s face.

Too bad the vulture neck didn’t catch on. It would have gone well with carry on luggage.

I actually kind of like the vulture neck. Although, I think the feathers would be a bit ticklish at times.
I’d wear any but the giraffe neck!
