Calorie counting is a waste of time when attempting to burn pounds.

Last Sunday rerun! I wonder what the new Sundays will look like when they return next week. Will there be a new title header? New color experimentation? Maybe, but we’ll just have to find out next Sunday…

Servings per container is never realistic – unless you’re an elf

If I need to get some exercise, I ride my bicycle. Much better than running in my opinion.

Unfortunately the food companies do this in order to make customers think their food is healthier than it is. Announce that their product is x calories per serving, but then base it on a serving size that is far lower than what the average person will eat or drink. Ever read the label on a can of soda? Many of them say “2 servings per container”. Who drinks half a can of soda?
