Ouchy. A great education here is like the healthcare. Oh, it’s available. You just have to be able to afford it. If students would zealously apply themselves though, in study and practice, have goals, do research on successful people who have already achieved similar goals, and follow in their footsteps, they too, can succeed. (Also, “networking” doesn’t hurt. ;) )

I understand that, before WW2, Japanese schools used to last 13 Years. Then, ended up being changed to 12 Years during the American Occupation.
