I’m with you Olivia. I do daily stretching and strengthening exercises as well as walking twice a day. (I am very flexible and can put my hands flat on the floor with my legs straight.) That has kept my arthritis from bothering me for almost 30 years now.
Figure skating is an amazing sport for adults…yes, adults skate (and compete, too). Our group has skaters in their 50s, 60s and 70s. Great for flexibility, balance and strength for the whole body. So many people think this sport is just for kids.
