I give Bub a lot of credit for trying to understand Junior’s point of view. No way would I be so inclined.

Considering the rest of society, no surprise.

It’d be funny if they were disciplined enough to do that stuff only after playing a game. But it seems they carry it over to social networks and think they’re clever as trolls. It takes no talent to tear someone down.

It doesn’t help our youth when our own president can’t seem to act in a professional way. He name calls, makes fun of disabled people, “locker room talks” about women, insults our allies, and generally acts very immature. The very people we expect our youth to look up to act with such bad manners we can’t really fault the kids for doing the same thing. “If the president can call someone a mean name on Twitter, how come I can’t?” “If the president can call women that name, how come I can’t?”

Sadly, many kids have parents who act the same way. Respect seems to be a thing of the past, seems a very low percentage of 45 year olds and under do not know what respect is, or if they know what it is, they choose to ignore it. We’re all reading comics here, but sadly they mimic real life. Too many electronics for kids these days. Too many don’t know how to amuse themselves if they aren’t attached to a phone, tablet or computer or some game that’s attached to their TV……..But, when you have parents willing to spends thousands of dollars on phones, and other electronics for their kids, what can we expect……electronics are the new babysitter…..we were out to eat a few weeks ago and there were 2 guys having a meal with a young girl around 5 yrs old. when she wasn’t playing on her tablet, she was rudely interrupting their conversation and neither of them corrected her, told her she needed to wait until they were done talking to speak or to say excuse me. At 5 years old, kids are old enough to know that is rude an to know what “excuse me” means and how to use it. Problem is parents are not teaching them manners. …..the rest of the world should not have to put up with other peoples brats because they don’t care enough to teach their children how to behave in public, or at home…..It would be nice to be able to go out to eat, or to the store without having to listen to someone’s brat acting up or running wild and the parent not doing a thing about it, nor do the managers of restaurants or stores seems to do anything about it. They are afraid of offending someone – what about the rest of the people who are offended by having to put up with the behavior of someone elses bratty kid(s) Don’t get me wrong, I love kids, but would never have put up with that behavior from any of mine, they were taught right from wrong and how to behave in public and when in company of others..Very Sad !
