That pesky flesh wound doesn’t seem to be limiting Tarzan’s functions in anyway. I would think that being shot with a rifle, flesh wound or not, would require some tending to. Hopefully, if Tarzan gets hit with the axe, it’ll be a similar flesh wound.
I never saw a window that broke that didn’t leave glass shards still in the frame. I seriously doubt Tarzan would be grabbing the sides of the frame and kneeling on the bottom of it and not get severely cut.
