One burger I can understand…but only one fry…?
Sticking ‘le’ in front of each English word does not make it French.
And she’d like the “Les rognons de veaux” with a splash of mustard (Veal kidneys).
According to https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english-french/hamburger “hamburger” sounds almost like it does in English. As does fries. Now French fried pototes is something else again. Pommes de terre.
A Big Mac’s a Big Mac, only they call it “Le Big Mac.”
