These are the storyboards for a terrific little animation!

Not all birds are bereft. Those with a bill, ducks, geese, swans etc. often have a very impressive, for them anyway, phallus. For instance, the phallus of a mallard drake is nearly as long as his body. Genetically, birds gave up the phallus in order to have a beak, which, overall, must be more useful to them. Really. Beaked birds must, perforce, content themselves with bumping uglies.

Penguin puberty doesn’t happen. Benedict Cumberbatch can’t say the word ‘penguin’! (Two unrelated facts.) (Okay, one is a fact.) (The other is a Fake Fact.)

Why is Opus looking in his, or her, mouth?

No wonder Opus is confused. When the strip came back, Milo told him to check if he’d undergone puberty and Opus looked in the wrong place.

Several male birds are more colorful than the female.

I think Opus is laying an egg here.
