Maybe, it’s no longer true, but, as I distinctly recall, all buildings have a set of stairs near the elevator. Those suggestions, the doctor gives, make it clear that the patient needs a much better and more realistic doctor.
Get bitten by a radio-active arachnid and climbing those buildings will be a breeze. (Pity that you’ll have to call yourself Spider-Wimp, SpiderMan is already taken)
