Yes he is, Lucy. Just not the tune you want to hear.

Cascades’ “Rhythm of the Rain” (or Dan Fogelberg’s cover), Carpenters’ “Rainy Days and Mondays”, and/or Wyonna Judd’s “Come Some Rainy Day” must not be good enough song in Lucy’s perspective.

Lucy is seen from her left side in the third panel even though she’s seen from her right in the second and fourth. Which means that in addition to doing a somersault, she’s also doing a pirouette.

I tend to notice these things.

Not everyone enjoys being in the rain, Lucy.

“Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head,” “Here Comes The Rain Again,” “It Never Rains In Southern California,” “Walking In The Rain With The One I Love,” “Laughter In The Rain,” and finally, “The Rain” by Oran Juice Jones.

“Sometimes” and “like” are the operative words here, Lucy!

He just needs to finds someone he likes.

…because he has turned her out.

I’ve got a feeling that’s a walk she’ll never take.

His taste in music proves he has taste.

“And bring the piano, too”. ; )

Schroeder and Lucy are definitely not on the same sheet of music.

Love is hard for Lucy to get, too.
