Tough situation. Showing the security video to the other employees would be a major breach of HR practices. I can’t believe Rod was unaware of the condition; a small businessman who balances the till and makes daily cash deposits cannot afford to ignore this type of theft. Maybe he had no choice to call Omar out (“…we need to talk…”) out of earshot of his accusers, but even if the thefts were known to the others, it might have been handled differently.
