Ok, now that I’m home from running club and have more time to look, there’s a very smiley face in the blond hair. The bottom left protrusion from the main paint blob is a face in profile. I spent what earlier time I had trying to see a face in the mountains in the painting that bleeds off the left edge, but it’s there only if it’s cubist extreme.
I can just see Thom sitting in his studio working on today’s comic…….Hmmm (says he)….I’ve got this big red blob on the canvas, what kind of faces should I put into that blob……Profiles?…stick faces?……cubist extreme?…….
Then, he’ll come back and tell us that they are only our imagination…….where is Sir Lew and his meds when you need him!!!
@LaflnLarry, there is a sort of face in the left-hand pic mountains–eye, nose and chin before you get to the two neck-folds.
Also another odd face in the foliage underneath.
There’s a Picasso to the right, or it could be Gauguin. The face looks familiar….
That’s a red Rorschach blob. Now I see lots of faces in it, and they are all looking at Laflnlarry and laughing themselves red in the face that he can’t see them.

I would have called it “Nose Bleed Sneeze”.

I think I’d rather see more of the one over to the left.

And it fell sideways?

It must be new, it’s dribbling off the canvas and onto the wall.

Blood Splatter.
Obviously a murder with a frame to mask the evidence.

I would have named it “resolts of a well punched nose”

Maybe several of you are right. He dropped the can (on the floor), got angry, picked it up, and threw what was left of it against the canvas.

Hmm. Are they laughing at me??
The painting is trying to escape the frame too!

@bmonk- Where did you get the Advent candles, and how do you light them week by week like that?
