I have a fitbit. It gets me up once an hour. I take advantage to walk to the break room, look out the window and focus my eyes on something further away than my computer screen. Also I like to see daylight. It’s different than the artificial light in the office.
I’ve stepped off the hamster wheel known as management. My current cube is bigger than some offices I’ve had. But I’ve also had cubes where the desk was completely occupied by two monitors and a laptop.

Now they can get rid of the half-high cubicles.
