    I remember the English department of my University had a list of jobs for people with English degrees pinned to one of the walls. Within a week, somebody had written “ALL @#$%-ING LIES!!” in sharpie over the list.

    I once got a Clark College (Vancouver, Washington) class catalogue in the mail. It offered Japanese, which interested me, but it was level two and it requested a level one prerequisite to the language or experience in the language. I don’t have that much of the latter.
