So much for “fake it til you make it”.

It’s like making the bed only to mess it up again when the next time you sleep.

eureka, Phoebe, you’ve made Marigold dumbstruck!

Because Unicorns are lazy animals. If you could do everything with magic, you’d be lazy too.

Marigold reminds me of the quote: I like work; it fascinates me. I can sit and watch it for hours!

This strip is blowing my mind as well. I didn’t know unicorns needed to have their feeling of superiority bolstered.

To Phoebe I say, are you suggesting that unicorns actually have to work, careful lest the unicorn council hears you and charges you with speaking blasphemy most foul.

This could be a dangerous line of thought…

Hate to be political, but in a general sort of way, this reminds me of Congress.

Marigold, your greatest accomplishment is being best friends with Phoebe. And, being a long-lived unicorn, it TOOK you long enough!

It seems the Unicorns are in a decadent phase of their long civilization.

SO, unicorn society is stagnant, with no real progression or innovation? :/
