Peter, it’s time to just give up. You will never be a sports star. If you can’t get on a football team that lost key players and is willing to take anyone, you will NEVER EVER play sports in your lifetime.
Our AD had a policy that anyone who came out, regardless of the sport, all four years and stayed would letter their Senior year if they hadn’t earned a letter before that. It was a good policy that at least rewarded the person’s perseverance.

Won’t he have to sit out a year if he transfers? Fortunate for the other team.

The apple didn’t fall far from the tree with this one.

He could play End, Guard, and Tackle… Set at the End of the bench, Guard the water bucket, and Tackle anyone that gets close to it.

He might do really well on the debate team! The chess team, though? Not so sure.

Put him on the Special, special team. He would have to ride in the short bus to the away games (I know this sounds awful, but I write what I know).

What about special teams, coach? Maybe he can kick his way onto the team.
