Blast from the past. In the library of my Midwestern hometown (pop 8000 or so in those days) you could check out prints of famous paintings. This was one. In the days when I was about 5 ft tall, their copy was taller than I was. It was occasionally borrowed, though by whom I have no idea.

I’m afraid we have a problem Ma’am. it turns out that coast we’re heading to is not real. It’s only an impression.

When you said we were going on a sea cruise, I imagined a much fancier boat.

I’m confused by that boat. It can be rowed facing the bow, as the guy is doing, although you get better thrust on the oars facing the stern. But that’s not the confusing part. That seems to be a sail attached to the bow. What else is it attached to? A mast somewhere near the stern? Not the usual place for a single mast. The helicopter hovering above, both blowing on and securing the sail? Am I missing something obvious?
