I recently read something that I’ve always suspected. Insects that have short life-spans see the world differently than other living things do; in what we’d call “slow motion.” It’s normal to them. They see things moving around quite slowly and make their way through life most often easily avoiding being smashed by fly swatters etc. I wonder if that’s true. Interesting. As a kid I suspected that.
