Worked for me. Got to over a pack a day, switched to a pipe. Had to find the time and place to pack and get it lit. Gave it up and quit about 50 years ago and never looked back.
Took up smoking a pipe in college. Thanks to my frat bros. Now I only smoke it about twice a year. When I am really upset about something.
