As a long-time Apple user, I can confidently say that there are so many things Apple deserves excoriation for – and none of them are accurately depicted here…

Wait fo the after market!

I recently had an update to my Samsung Galaxy edge phone (7 series). It really slowed it down and made the battery drain twice as fast. I took it to the dealer, and he said a lot of customers were coming in with that problem. Apparently you can’t revert to the old software, even with a factory reset. The most recent upgrade was aimed at newer phones. I’ll probably have to get a new phone, and when I do, I will disable upgrades!

That sounds like apple with all the initiatives and new upgrades
