Here in Kerala, Autumn is nowadays just an extension of Summer! Used to be a month of rain before coolness set in, mid-November. Now, after a 400% of normal rainfall last month, it’s gone bone dry!
Even though Fall is not a thing here, we have one tree in the front yard that sheds. And boy, does it shed?! Rake one day and the next day, you wouldn’t know it! Thankfully, we are in a semi-rural area where burning leaves doesn’t make much problem.
I went for a hike down into a canyon today. Lots of golden Aspen, wild grape vines and fall flowers. Saw two different mule deer bucks (or possibly the same one twice), some bobcat sign and I’m pretty sure, by the smell, I was very close to a bear once.A perfect start to autumn!

I won’t go into specifics but I see a meaning behind things can fall faster than you think other than the obvious

Time to do it yourself. Time to call the Chiropractor when it’s done.

The cartoonist\artist has such a way with drawing trees. They are some of the best in a daily strip!
