I’m just wondering why Caulfield (of all people) thinks five days at school is a “hard week.” His only problem with schoolwork is he finds it boring. He’s smarter than most of his classmates and seems to have good relationships with them, has fun pestering Mrs. Olson (and sometimes the principal), and seems to spend his off-school hours with school people anyway.
