Our Tiger ate the squeakers out of the toy within the first 5 minutes and then carried and played with the actual toy for years after, not ripping it apart. He just didn’t like the noise.
Our Zaphod, ripped the eyes off of every teddy bear in the house because he didn’t like that “They’re lookin’ at me!!” Once eyes were gone, he ignored them.Pets are so funny and cute!
Our Daisy was very careful with her Huckleberry hound, it was played with for years & alwayas had his squeak, she left him out in the garden once & the next day it was gone, we bought another, exactly the same but she wouldn’t touch it!!!

My dogs would as well if I didn’t watch them like a hawk. I sew them into new toys that they can’t get into. Takes them a while to tear them up.
A matter of outwitting my dogs. So sad when I cannot.
