An hour is a conservative estimate if she’s still working out. She’ll come home and want to shower or soak in a bath (a lot of my runner friends say soaking after a work out helps their muscles), then she has to prep the food, cook it, then serve it.
When a hobby interferes with your “job”, it is now an obsession. A guy wouldn’t get away with not cutting grass this week because he “has to” play golf.
This is another example of the husband needs to be a mind reader, canBetty just say make dinner, order out or we are going out? when someonetakes on a major project such as running a marathon they need to communicate.
