It was the very first episode of Saturday Night Live that introduced “The new Triple Trac razor: because you’ll believe …. anything.”

Do they bother to put little slots in the backs of the medicine cabinets these days?

And now they’re up to 7 blades – The Pace 7 by Korean razor manufacturer Dorco boasts seven blades and patented ‘Venetian flow’ rinsing technology. But what I want to know is who played the straight razor for this joke.

The razor can double as a veggie slicer.

I was never all that fond of having a naked blade drawn across my throat in the first place, even if I were doing it myself, but I’ve never regretted my beard since watching the barbershop scene in The Godfather.

I use 6 blades in one lasts for a month. I usually purchase at least 8-12 using one a month. It is costly though but just once a year.

I tried one of those 3 blade razors years ago but didn’t feel it did any better than my trusty double edge safety razor my grandpa gave me back in the 60’s so I went back to it and never bothered with the multi-blades again. The better mouse trap just hasn’t come along yet in my opinion.

Thought that poly-razor was a brush, did you, Monty? Should have had your coffee before grooming….
