I like the understatement from Angie, about making “excuses” to skip his appointment. We had to dismantle the bed after one of ours wrapped himself round the central support post. The song of his people that he sang all the way to the vet’s office was louder than a thrash metal concert.
When my cat has to go to the vet, she yowls all the way there but once she’s at the vet’s office, she’s very calm. Then, it’s back to yowling on the way home.
