Actually, Thorny is correct, in any case. Working out the puzzle stimulates the brain, and looking at the solution before ‘working’ the puzzle opens a window upon your “moral base”! It ALL WORKS to show what “kind” of man you are.
Sorry, lady, but you’re wrong on this one. It is indeed a measure of his intellect. It doesn’t say anything good about his intellect, but it is an indicator nonetheless.
