Uh, cats? Coffee isn’t good for dogs, for the same reason as chocolate – it has theobromine in it (it’s a caffeine compound). OR perhaps that’s the point?…

He likes to play with the water dish, and has a habit of putting things like cats toys and cat food into the water

He prefers to drink from the bathtub faucet, and will put on a pretty good song and dance for us if his trickle isn’t running

Sometimes he sits and stares at the faucet if it isn’t running, or he stares at the running water if it is

Sophie has a point … throw a catnip-filled fake mouse anywhere near the cats and all that superior intelligence goes right out the window.

I’m very surprised the cats aren’t using filtered water for their coffee. The water makes the coffee :D

They’re right that an herbal tea, like chamomile, would be better for Sophie. Are they actually being considerate? Or do they have a “special” herb in mind?

In all honesty, the herbal tea probably WOULD be better for Sophs.
