Why does anyone have tripe?

It goes with kale?

Sorry I just can’t stomach it.

Tripe? Never tried it, never intend to.

Who does?

When I was on a tour through an Oscar Mayer plant, tripe was shown and explained. Shown, not tasted.

And Peter’s thinking: “That’s their problem”.

I have always, and successfully, taught my kids to taste everything at least once. I recently got called on it in a Chinese restaurant. My 31 year old and my 25 year old happily ate the tripe. I just couldn’t do it.

Tripe in a Mexican restaurant is a bowl of Menudo soup!!!

Nope. Nothing from the digestive tract.

I’ve had Pepperpot Soup. It’s okay, but the vegetables were more interesting to me.

Truth be told, i find tripe to be bland, at best.
