The Simpsons Ride at Universal Studios has a line in the queue video that describes me with uncanny accuracy.

“Sometimes, I disgust myself. This is not one of those times.”

Of course, Homer was talking about eating an entire stick of cotton candy in one bite.

Knowing Marigold, her thoughts would at least be about herself.

That’s why people always seem to be talking, Marigold.

I think that is true for a lot of people. That is why they always have something playing in the background. Music, TV, Pod casts, turn it all off and just enjoy the silence for a bit.

I vaguely recall a quote from “The Restaurant at the End of The Universe” in which it was suggested that one of the reasons people talk so much is that they’re afraid they’ll start thinking if they stop talking.

Makes me wonder if she has thoughts unsuitable to share in a newspaper comic.

You spent most of your time gazing into your reflection in pools of water. THAT’S how you met Phoebe, remember?

Before Phoebe came along, you were staring at your reflection in the water for, like, FOREVER. :P
