It’s NOT that I dislike Mutt or Jeff or Andy Gump … I do wish this would start rotating in more old comic characters – ones who would share a quick story or quip with Walt. One to two daily strips per character! Kinda get back to the old This Is Your Life format, or People Are Funny. Where’s a Ralph Edwards or Art Linkletter type when you need them? :)
(I always liked the ‘Looney Tunes’ spoofs of those shows: This Is A LIFE?? and People Are PHONEY!!) :)
