It’s a bum deal, Katy. Clayton doesn’t have a ghost of a chance of getting Necco wafers and I’m surprised he’d want to give up Boston Baked Beans. They’re such a musical fruit.
I like NECCO wafers – especially the chocolate and gray ones. But, if you get some this year they might be a year old. The company went bankrupt this past year.
Necco wafers were the U.S.’ oldest candy company but closed their factory in July 2018. They were bought out by the company which bought out Twinkies, they may yet be resurrected.
