Andy pay the bills? As if! He’s been sponging Flo’s pay cheques for the horse races and what-not!

Today’s strip is worthy of the master, Andy can’t win for losing :o)

Those bills are either from his bookie or the pub.

Andy uses the “Step Method” of bill paying. He takes the bills and tosses them up the stairs. The bills get paid on the order of which step they land on, from top to bottom.

Rarely does a bill land on the top step.

Hey, Affie.

I am definitely not leaving the site. Ignore the “Retiredgezzer” moron. I like a break from it sometimes.

I went to the place where I’m going to volunteer at yesterday and I’ve discovered I have my own little office/room to make telephone calls in as part of the Telephone Befriender role. It’s not completely mine. But it’s assigned to me on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30pm until whenever. If I remember, I’ll take a photo of it to show you. It’s quite cosy.

I have to get the train there but I don’t mind. I get my travel expenses paid.

In one classic strip, Flo sets fire to three bills. Andy objects not because he thinks it’s wrong, (He’d probably do something similar) but because “three on a match is bad luck.”
