Gene paid $1.4 million and this is all he got from Banksy.

Mabel, just give Muffin a push, he will head on back to Gene.

OMG, OMG…this is Jerry Van A’s recollection of a landmark moment in Ballard Street history….

As x-Tech said…. this is an early picture of The Cat Formerly Known As Muffin….

When Gene first gave him a taste for airborne life…..

and started him on the way to becoming the feline we all know now as Fly-Kitty-Fly!

 

He loved the powerful feeling of swooping through the air.

A little too much…. cos when he learned to pilot an XTI helicopter harness, it went to his head…

and he had to be stopped by then Under-Sheriff (now Sheriff) Monkey Blues, from attacking the neighborhood dogs….

But after a few threats from Gene, Mabel, and the Monkey, he learned to be a somewhat more responsible pilot….

( I mean, he’s still a cat… so it’s not 100%…. )

Finally he got own plane, and though he was a bit wild at first….

These days, always known as Fly-Kitty-Fly, he even sometimes helps out the BC Sheriff’s Dept!
