I have been lost a few times in strange towns and cities. Thankfully, I have a fair sense of direction and would be able to get where I was going without too much wandering.
And recently, I found out Google maps are only good for general direction – not exact twists and turns of a bustling Indian town!

In all my years as a truck driver I was never lost, although there were a few times when I was highly confused for a day or two.

We’re not lost. We’re right there. The road is lost.

Point being: You’re not lost if you don’t know where you’re going.

I’m admiring Broom Hilda’s old Plymouth while wondering where her broom is, since the broom might help her find a landmark or two.

Where do we go from here often is a very different question than where did we come from because the destination very often is missing.
